Description

– Hotel 2, implantation 13,334 m2, total area 20,000 m2;
– Aparthotel, implantation 14,660 m2, total area 22,000 m2;
– Housing area with houses, implantation 31,500 m2, total area 63,000 m2;
– Residential area with apartments, 32,625 m2, total area 65,250 m2;
