The interior is decorated with unique hand-made ceramic Italian lanterns solid wood acacia hand-made furniture. It offers all modern infrastructure. It has underfloor heating, a small biological wastewater treatment plant, a watering irrigation system – Rain Bird, own water reservoir, telecommunications and the Internet, alarm system and video surveillance. Large windows, which let in daylight and the warmth of the sun in winter, are also a special feature.

The residential house and the auxiliary structure are connected by a car canopy where a firebox and a large bread oven can be found. An Auxiliary structure next to the house consists of fitness, finnish sauna, turkish sauna, guest room, bathroom with a toilet, wood pellet and solid fuel heating system, cellar covered with granite from Pohorje and a garage.
