Founded in 1992 by Teresa Brewer and Simon Gresswell, with Paul Cosgrove joining as a Partner in 1998, we are one of West London’s leading independent estate agents; covering Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush and the three villages of Brook Green, Askew and Brackenbury Village. Based in the heart of Brook Green, our local knowledge is unique to our patch of London and we are committed to maintaining our un-equalled understanding of the areas and wide range of properties we cover.
In 2019 we expanded overseas when founding Finlay Brewer International, which is based in Monaco and the French Riviera, with partner offices in Montenegro and the Costa del Sol.
Through our near 30 years of operation our success and achievements are down to hard work, integrated use of new technologies and an honest straight-talking approach. In providing a personal and professional service we ensure that we listen carefully to the requirements and needs of everyone we work with. Although our results speak for themselves, we are always striving to improve our service for our clients.
We are active members of industry bodies such as Propertymark; both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
