Last week the Premier Law team visited the wonderful city of Dubai for the annual International Property Show

Premier Law have partnered with Million Euro Listings for a while now, they specialize in Real Estate, tax, corporate and inheritance law, as well as the increasingly popular Spanish Golden Visa.

The Premier Law team was in Dubai last week to promote the Spanish Golden Visa and the sunny Costa del Sol lifestyle, they found the topic is very well received abroad.

The first few days were spent meeting with local contacts in Dubai, as they are working on expanding presence to the Emirates and can now proudly say they offer UAE residency. The team found there was a lot of interest surrounding the Spanish Golden Visa (even more than expected), and it seemed that there are many foreigners who see Spain as a great place to live and only need a reliable firm to ease the process and show them the way. After all, investing 500.000 euros into real estate in exchange for being able to reside and work in Spain is a very attractive deal.

The main purpose of the visit was to attend the International Property Show, which counted on the presence of world-class investors from all over the world and offered the chance to discus many different aspects, from golden visas and highly qualified migration to sustainability and urban planning. “It was very interesting to observe such a multidisciplinary and international approach to real estate, especially when surrounded by the amazing people we found there.”

The Premier Law team met with people from all corners of the world: Mexico, the United States, Palestine, Serbia, Russia, Turkey, Egypt or Brazil, just to mention a few. Some of them directly related to the immigration business, others focused on capital investments, others dedicated to exports of agricultural products. “It was very rewarding to see how so many countries and diverse backgrounds could merge in one place and do business together. It was a pleasure to share lunch with everyone and get to know each other, and even spend the evenings at the Beach Clubs with some of them.” They noticed how important it is in this sphere to be both professional and friendly and how important it is to combine these two worlds to create a long lasting, professional relationship based on trust. One without the other makes it much more difficult to do business correctly, but when combined they can create bonds that form a solid and lasting alliance.

During the last two days the team had some spare time to enjoy the city and wander around. “Contrary to what some of us thought, there was actually much to be done in that small flaming city in the Arabian Peninsula. The options are limitless: scuba diving, excursions to the desert on a Jeep, visits to the top of the Burj Khalifa, skydiving…  Although nothing is comparable to the beauty of Spain, Dubai ended up being a fair competitor.”

The week was a real eye opener for the whole team and all agreed that they love what they do and now Premier Law have even more reason to attend future real estate events that take place anywhere around the globe.
